Molecule Ventures

Molecule Ventures is a Portfolio Management Services company registered under Securities and Exchange Board of India.

The primary objective of the fund is to achieve capital appreciation through medium to long term investments in quality companies with strong growth prospects, mostly in the Mid and Small Cap.

We aim to benefit by investing in companies with strong growth opportunities and quality management. At the same time, absolute focus is on risk mitigation by avoiding valuation and balance sheet risks.

Founders

Nirav Parikh

Co-Founder / Principal Officer

Nirav Parikh has a rich investing experience of close to 2 decades in Small and Mid-size companies. He has in the past worked with Reliance Equities and Alchemy Capital covering various sectors. He holds an MBA from NMIMS, Mumbai and is a Graduate in Commerce from Mumbai University. He is also a CFA Charter holder (US) and FRM.

Mitin Jain

Co-Founder

Mitin Jain has close to two decades of experience in Private Equity, Investment Banking and Listed Investing. His core focus is enabling small and mid-size companies to create value, by providing capital in the form of funds and knowledge sharing. He is the Founder and Managing Director of India SME Investments, an early growth PE fund (AIF Cat 2) focused on small/mid-market fast-growing companies catering to the Indian consumption space. Earlier he was Director and Founding team member at BanyanTree, a PE fund with an AUM of USD 250 mn. In all, he has led more than 20 transactions across various sectors.
